The intention of a chiropractic adjustment is to affect or correct the alignment, motion and/or function of a vertebral joint. Specifically, intended to correct “vertebral subluxations”, the term given to the signs and symptoms that result from abnormal alignment of vertebrae.

Therapeutic Exercise

Therapeutic exercise refers to a range of physical activities that helps restore and build physical strength, endurance, flexibility, and stability. The goal is returning an injured person to a pain-free, fully functioning state.

Intersegmental Spinal Traction

An *intersegmental traction* table, or a roller table, is used to cradles the body while rolling over each segment of the spine to allow the blood in and the pain out and restore proper ranges of motion.

Spinal Decompression

Nonsurgical spinal decompression is a type of motorized gentle stretching of the spine that changes the amount of pressure on the spine. This helps with alleviating the pressure on the nerve which causes the pain.

MLS Laser Therapy

Laser therapy helps restore the body to normal function quicker than other therapies. With chronic conditions, laser therapy is used most often to help combat persistent pain and inflammation without side effects. Lasers can be used for acute and chronic conditions. Whether you have sciatica, arthritis, herniated or degenerative discs, shoulder and neck pain, aching knees, spinal stenosis, or any other muscle-skeletal pain, you will benefit from the use of MLS laser therapy. Patients feel nothing except relief during treatment with the MLS laser treatment. Treatments are quick and have longer-lasting results.

Pressure Wave Therapy

Pressure Wave Therapy fights against the lack of blood flow during an injury; such as shoulder injuries, Achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, elbow tendinopathies and chronic stages of the myofascial syndrome (pain of the muscles). This process uses non-invasive, low-intensity acoustic waves to cause the opening of blood vessels, and the opportunity for there reparative process of blood vessels, bones, tendons, and other soft tissue.
